I’ve seen it as well. They’re pulling off FO’s on the CRJ side who already even completed their first IOE trip to prioritize captains. I’m on 8 weeks of waiting for IOE at this point and will need to head back for a refresher sim it appears

That’s insane. I’m going on 12 weeks of waiting now, but I just don’t understand how anyone can justify making someone wait 17 weeks for IOE.
But then again, I’ll probably end up waiting another 6-8 weeks, if not more with this FO IOE freeze they’re pulling

I’m the sure the bean counters in management ran the numbers and found that it’s more cost effective for the company to keep paying us to sit at home for over 4 months and not to even fly for the company and to prioritize captain IOE’s
