Wouldn't mind hearing more about this as well.

Hell all,

Quick question from a prospective employee. I’m a flight instructor still 6 months from ATP mins; I understand things change but am just curious about the current state of things and enjoy thinking about future options..

I would like to be based out of DEN. I see the seniority dates on the website are listed for the CRJ as FO: 09/21/21 and CA: 07/19/19. For the ERJ, FO: 10/26/21 and CA: 08/03/21.

Is my interpretation correct that in DEN the ERJ is more junior for FO’s and significantly more junior for Captains?

Do these numbers suggest it takes approximately 3 months to hold a line as an FO in DEN and upgrade is at minimums?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like they will have to keep hiring 200 a month.

The numbers do not reflect how long it takes to hold a line. That timeline is a wildly moving target that cannot be predicted. The only speculation you can apply is the fact that at this moment in time, movement is happening quickly, so if it stays at this pace, holding a line will happen quicker. As to how quick, it is impossible to predict.

As for upgrading at mins, if the industry does not slow down, it is a pretty safe bet that you can upgrade once you reach mins.
