Just to make sure I'm reading this correctly, as of today (always subject to change in the future)
-Colorado Springs followed by Detroit is the most junior base for both FO and CA on the CRJ and
-Denver followed by Chicago on the ERJ.
I know this can and will change, but when the time comes to choose a base/aircraft, I'd want to choose the one that at least presented the opportunity to upgrade and stay in the same place with the chance of it starting a relatively junior location as I'll home base at whatever the most junior is that fits these criteria.
With that, does one aircraft or base routinely get more flying hour opportunities per pilot than another? I understand you're will flying your brains out right now, but before corona, before you were having people poached, etc, was there a base out of the ones I listed or a different one that was known as a place for more flying? Thanks.

I interviewed last September and got an April date. CRJ as well. I’ve been sitting on the waitlist with no luck. You’re seriously starting training less than a month after getting your CJO?

items for training
Can confirm, I was part of the 12/14 CRJ Ground and they passed out COVID tests at the GV. The next day, 10/30 tested positive and many more including myself were exposed. All who tested positive have had their Procedures Training delayed and their entire sim schedules potentially unscheduled, especially those in sims in DEN and SLC.
The ATL and CVG folks are lucky since we have a 2 week gap between PT and MT. Stay healthy out there folks, your training depends on it

I know…it’s crazy isn’t it? I am speculating that it all depends on your Recruiter and how attentive they are. I have been on the waitlist and have exceeded 1,500 hours (passed 1,600 hours a week ago), but two people I know were given CJOs over a month after I was given a CJO and they have been moved up to an earlier class date than me, and both of them have not even reached mins yet. It’s frustrating because I am above mins and am ready to go in a moment’s notice, but will get passed up in seniority by those that came after me.
