So SAPA is going to bat for you if the FAA/NTSB gets involved? I was told that SAPA only works as a moderator between you and the company, not you and the FAA. If you do not have legal representation through ALPA, are there other options that OO pilots utilize that provide legal counsel, not just another pilot that got elected for a position? I've seen the AOPA pilot protection services but it does not seem to offer much.
The company may go to bat for you, or they may throw you under the bus. It really just depends on whether it makes sense for them to try to pin it on you or not, but it's really just 100% situational.
However, ALPA at the regional level isn't going to do much for you either. People act like ALPA is this big juggernaut with real influence, but the reality is that it's a loose association of unions that acts like nothing more than a lobbying agency in Washington DC.

Legit question...as myself and many of my coworkers want to know.
Why do you leave the cabin lights on majority or all of the flight?
Nothing like taking a 2hr flight at 8pm and the cabin lights are on 75% of the time..if not the entire flight.

also no rumor I’ve heard as far as shrinking 50%. That’s one of the crazier ones too. More so than reopening atl or clt or any east coast base.

The next time you’re on a DH operated by Skywest take that question up with the FA(s). I’m sure you know that though, don’t you?
