Upgrade is under 2 years on both fleets and it looks like in the near term that as soon as you hit your 1,000 SIC you'll be able to upgrade.

New hire classes have been 60/40 heavier on the CRJ. If you want a certain plane I'm sure they'll give you the option.

I chose the CRJ and kind of regret it now. I’m on reserve in Fresno and will be on reserve in Denver starting in December. Denver lost 35 lines to the ERJ and LAX is losing more flying to the ERJ. I have several friends who went ERJ. All of whom had lines in BOI, DEN, LAX within a few months of training.
I flew private charter before this and I’m new to the airlines so take all this with a grain of salt, but I’m a little concerned about the CRJ losing flying and things getting a bit stagnant on this side. I have no idea about ORD, DTW, MSP since I have no interest in going there.
