Sounds like everyone is saying you get access to SWOL and have more stuff to submit once you are 90 days within your indoc day but that has already passed for me and still no email

So do you also think that it is easy to get to a Major 24 months after starting training at SkyWest? Again, I’m not seeing it, but I’ve been known to be wrong before.

Is it easy? Heck no. Is it possible? Maybe.

I went to initial with someone just under 3 years ago and they recently got hired at a legacy. They did not upgrade here at skywest. So no PIC time. And they got hired directly into a wide body fleet.

Default Ground

Starting CRJ ground soon. What limitations should we be studying? 2/7/9 or all of the above?

How are we paid during that period? Do we get paid training rate for that period waiting for IOE?

Everything. Most of initial training is based on the 200, though. You will be expected to know all three variants.

Yes… because technically SkyWest is a major by DOT definition.

But in all seriousness, it was very common to have <2 year FOs go straight to an Airbus at Spirit/Frontier/Allegiant, etc before covid and we’re pretty much back to that point now. If you’re not seeing it, try opening your eyes lol.
