Because they do not want a union on the property that's why. The sh*tstorm a "vaccinate or lose your job" would cause is a nightmare scenario for the company.

It will be too funny when YOU are required to get vaccinated to continue to be able to take part in civilized society. How do I know? Because you don’t know it yet, but Skywest crews WILL be required. Stand by for the date. I can’t wait!!!

you should know better. If it says United on the side, then yeah, United gets to set the rules. If you don’t like that, you’d better be planning to leave.

So they’ll mandate. If for other reason then “shareholder wealth”.
And why not. I’m fairly far right and see vax’ing as a personal responsibility. Like donating blood. Hell. I bet 100% of blood donors are vax’d. There’s a statistic for ya.

United has a monopoly on Skywest. I’m ok with it.
So they’ll mandate. If for other reason then “shareholder wealth”.

You can feel all you want it is a personal responsibility for yourself. Great, wonderful, fine. Once you advocate and force others to mold with your "personal responsibility" it is no longer personal. Cannot talk out both sides of your mouth here on this.
