9/7 is the CTP date for 9/21, not sure if there's a class on 9/7 as well or not

I was looking into getting a Clarity Aloft headset, is it a big deal to get the one that isn't TSO'd? My Lightspeed Sierra's are on their last leg

Reading some old SkyWest threads, it sounds like the company made/makes reserve life pretty difficult for pilots. Is this still the case or have their policies improved?

Ready is more common. Five day blocks. Forget getting cut loose to catch the last flight home.

If you must commute to reserve, even worse.

Seniority is everything.

No reserve has sucked at SkyWest for a long long time and it has to do with the fact that it's a regional airline trying to stay competitive with other regional airlines that pay less.

relatively, but you get converted to 2 hour reserve 5 days per month, and they'll do their best to assign you 1-day trips for your full bucket so you'll still end up buying hotels.
