I pointed out the math of the situation because it should help you see the entire weight of the MOA. Did you do the calculations? Was I able to convey that the end of the MOA may not be the relief you think it will be. For you it will be an extra two days of work and for an extra two days of pay. I am genuinely glad you feel like you are fine.

If you look at the PBS bid information page you'll see most positions are still being awarded an average of 72 credit hours a month. And it's been that way for a while. Considering the average use to run around 89 for everyone, it's a big difference. It's nearly an average cut of 20% across the board for line holders.

Is anyone able to share the general message of this meeting and the indicated direction of Aviate from their presentation? Thx

There was a public call last night on the status and update of the Aviate program. They said Aviate interviews resume Feb 22nd. Then they proceeded to explain that it’s highly likely late 2021 off the street hiring would resume. (Beginning with people in the pool).
They referenced the open vacancy bid that closes today with nearly 100 unfilled positions.
