There is AM and PM reserve. AM is 5AM-5PM, and PM is 9AM-9PM. All bases have both but they typically have more AM reserve lines. There is both short and long call; 2 and 12 hour callouts restively. If you have long call expect to be converted to short call a couple times each month.

Where do most pilots who choose to leave Skywest end up? Do most go to LCC’s or do they end up at the legacies right away? I understand there are a lot of things such as training failures, volunteer work, LCA, and so on that play into this but I’m just looking for an average. Thanks!

Def guys under two years are heading to the ULCCs while the more senior guys are going to the big leagues.
