Best regional for DEN-based?
If one were desiring to be DEN-based, what's the best regional to go to, and how long would it take to make it to DEN? Also, how long is it taking for a new United FO to make it to DEN?

As far as I know TSA and SkyWest are the only regionals in Denver. Unless you want to commute, which I highly discourage, those are your choices. Last I checked, DEN CRJ FO was around 5 months or so, and CA was 4 years. ERJ FO was a month or so faster to DEN I think, but CA takes longer. They aren't taking many new folks into ERJ right now though, I think it's mostly CRJ, and I'm not sure you get to choose anymore.
Not sure about TSA.

ERJ generally will get you to Denver 2 to 4 months earlier than the CRJ. Also, SLC is pretty junior on the E175 and that commute is easier than ORD.
As far as TSA, they just announced the closure of their east coast bases so the fallout from that has yet to be seen. It could mean that Denver goes pretty junior but it could mean that all their people come to Denver and make it go senior, but keep in mind that TSA is losing close to 1/3rd of their aircraft between now and April 2019.
