An additional closet behind the last row of coach on the right side

APC...

Where the threads get derailed and the topics don’t matter.

Sure, but it was the cost effective way for BBD to sell a 140 competitor. Just like the 175SC, a cheap way to sell a product they don’t make

Back on topic, what type of base with DFW be? (CRJ only or CRJ/Ejet)? How junior will DFW be?

It would be CRJ. “Assuming” what the press release says about the aircraft “migrating” to SkyWest... based on what i heard would be fall opening.

CRJ700s in 65 seat config (I don't think we will ever fly 175s for AA). Nobody knows how junior it will be until awards are released. It will probably go somewhat senior. Tons of Texas guys around here (and displaced IAH pilots).

I'm hearing late summer base opening. I'm thinking around September at the earliest.

Alaska just announced the DAL-LGA/DCA flights are going away Fall 2018. Not sure if they're being replaced with West Coast flights.

The ExpressJet announcement didn't really specifically say where the 13 CRJ-700 would be going. It did mention Skywest, but didn't say they would go to Skywest. As much as I'd like a DFW base, we are loosing pilots now. I'd rather not take new aircraft and be better staffed. Of course it's just my luck. They'll announce a CRJ base for DFW (my home town) just as I'm new to the ERJ.

The contracts are going to SkyWest Airlines. The airplanes are coming from ExpressJet. There’s several Delta 700s in maintenance now.

SkyWest picked up DFW - CLL and DFW - FWA starting next month on the 700. We also pick up GRK in July. Still looking through other routes.
