What I use:
Costco Kirkland 22” rollaboard
Aerocoast Pro Cooler II
Contrail FL390 flight bag (fits CRJ console hole perfectly)
David Clark One-X (Pro-X just wasn’t quiet enough on the CRJ for me)
Do you commute or live in base?

I'd recommend getting a cut above pilot shirts. And not wearing those provided by your company. I haven't ironed a shirt in over a year. I also don't bother with straps to prevent marking on my shoulders... Proper bleaching, washing, drying and none of that is a problem.

I personally find having three bags annoying, so I just fly around with a Luggageworks (formerly PNT) 22" bag and the Aerocoast pro EFB II. Much less of a hassle. The pro EFB II bag fits nicely in the CRJ cubby and fits all my flight bag items and food.

The DC pro-X fits in the top compartment of the Aerocoast. Anything bigger like a Bose might be a tough fit.

Like the previous poster, I haven't had any lasting issues with belt marks on my shirt. Your shirt will have marks by the end of a four-day, but after dry cleaning or washing in warm water, they'll be gone.

What do you use the Bluetooth for?

Which kneeboard would you guys recommend? Don’t want to be “that guy” who shows up without one.

Don't be "that guy" and actually show up WITH a kneeboard. You don't need a kneeboard flying for airlines.

I actually flew with a guy recently who uses a knee board. Military type who has flown the last decade and a half with one. Old habits die hard.
