I'd recommend getting a cut above pilot shirts. And not wearing those provided by your company. I haven't ironed a shirt in over a year. I also don't bother with straps to prevent marking on my shoulders... Proper bleaching, washing, drying and none of that is a problem.

I personally find having three bags annoying, so I just fly around with a Luggageworks (formerly PNT) 22" bag and the Aerocoast pro EFB II. Much less of a hassle. The pro EFB II bag fits nicely in the CRJ cubby and fits all my flight bag items and food.
The DC pro-X fits in the top compartment of the Aerocoast. Anything bigger like a Bose might be a tough fit.
Like the previous poster, I haven't had any lasting issues with belt marks on my shirt. Your shirt will have marks by the end of a four-day, but after dry cleaning or washing in warm water, they'll be gone.
