Go to Endeavor or one of the many others with comparable upgrade time and better pay.

If you want a SkyWest base, or want to stay at a regional, then go SkyWest.

FYI....Skywest called me less than 24 hrs...I asked for an interview date 2 weeks. No problem...

I filled out the application and pressed the submit button. While I was waiting for the browser to to confirm receipt of the submitted application, my phone started ringing.

Unfortunately, it was just a bill collector, but for that moment I was quite impressed.

Go to a job fair. At least you get to pass the smell test quickly by several airlines at once. Sport coat, white shirt, at a minimum.

Son went to one on 1/20/18. OO GoJet & Endev interviews next week (Wed) 2offers Friday. Class 2/7/18.

There is a lot of new instructors trying to make a name for themselves and training fails are going up, that's a permanent tatoo on your pilot record.

Go to the money and move on.

Endeavor.

SkyWest is definitely not the airline put on your number 1 slot!
