Default Bonus

Will Skywest raise the bonus they are currently offering? Are they having any trouble filling classes like many of the other regionals are?

Default Why why why not? Cause we rock

WHY OFFER A BONUS when we add 100 pilots to our seniority list EVERY month?? SkyWest can not be beat. Jump in the water's fine, great company, good pilot group and best pay in the regional market without dirty promises of bonuses

Previous 121 or type rating, yeah, that will get you $7,500 for your type rating. Previous 121 aka Soft landings 2.0 will make you earn about $1000 a month extra pay each month.

I came to SKYW for base and equipment. So far, so good, could of choose another regional, but that would be a commute to the east coast, I have done commute, living and working at your domicile it's priceless.

Are there currently any other bonus offerings than the $7,500 if you already have a type rating? Any bonus for being with the company after X amount of time?

Also, is SkyW really unable to negotiate any new bonuses or pay upgrades until their next TA expires in 2022? Sorry for the stupid question - I've never done the 121 thing.
