And why would a graphic designer have that in his/her library of options if it wasn't considered. This folks just drag and drop from huge libraries.

And that publication is the official AA on-board magazine...

Not DFW. PHX and maaaaabye ORD. Only reason I would believe ORD is because they're holding a lot of pilots there.

What bonus do you get? Are you referring to profit sharing or a performance bonus?

The great thing about being "non-union" is they are starting to work on-non pay QOL items right now...

The closer to 50%+1, the better job management did negotiating. The closer to 100%, the better job the pilots did negotiating.

As for QOL improvements, it's always better to gain those when you have the leverage of also negotiating something management wants, like increase in first year pay. Once that leverage is gone, QOL gains are smaller. The fact that management will now entertain QOL improvements after this vote, proves that. Chess and checkers...

Where does your pilot union experience come from? For example, at xjt, there are 28 letters of agreement and 48 memorandums of understanding. That's about 5 QOL improvements a year. ASA has even more, endeavor has a ton. This is the norm, many changes between contracts.

Exactly. Management is laughing their asses off right now, at our expense. Management's first offer is never, ever their best offer. They would be in breach of their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders if it was. Accepting their first offer was an embarrassing display of a lack of sophistication at negotiating.

Absolutely. And we will get nothing that costs the company anything. No increases in MDG or trip rigs, no guaranteed min days off, no out-of-base parking for commuters, no decreases in reserve buffers, no PBS changes. Count on it.

ok good, I was about to feel really bad for all your new hires because that would be awful for them.
