Don't thank me. I voted NO because my priorities lie with the pilots. At least I can hold onto some dignity.

I really wouldn't be surprised if there was nothing to announce though.
It got every person junior in their seat to vote yes.
TT said potential for growth in his latest email....key word potential. Spread a few rumors and watch em vote yes

Still on probation for another two months. GLADLY voted no. As did literally everyone I know from class and recent classes.

It's odd that of about the 20 people I have talked to a strong majority were all No votes. I'm interested why all these Yes voters are hard to find in conversation but it passes by 56%??

Some transparency would ease my mind a bit for these results.

You will never find them. When Eagle voted in there 16 year contract by 86% no one ever claimed voting yes.. And as far as Neehires saying they voted"NO". They just want to fit in. And not make waves..They will tell you whatever you want to hear... It passed. Time to move on and work on other improvements to QOL..

Correct. Their top priorities are:

1) Upgrade
2) Upgrade
3) Upgrade

1% or 5% of regional FO pay is irrelevant if you think you can be at a legacy within three years.

I agree.

They need to release the votes in spread sheet form with the sapa code and the vote. That way we can verify there was no error and it would remain anonymous.

Someone needs to spit the truth to these punks and clue them into the fact that the only people who will be at a legacy in even close to three years are mil guys getting current and the ladies.
