Sure we do, but it speaks in general terms using words like "Excessive".

Ours actually defines excessive so that both sides, and most importantly, all pilots are treated fairly and consistently. If you have a doctor's note, it'll never be excessive. No need for interpreting anything. And if you don't have a note, then there is a set number of attendance events within the last 12 months before you get a verbal warning. Again, no need for interpreting what excessive means. I simply don't understand why pilots wouldn't want terms defined so that everyone is on the same page and everything is consistent. Of course there is a real reason why management wouldn't want it defined though. Another one of those things where the two sides have differing set of interests.

It's amazing that many pilots don't care enough about our pay to vote....could have made a difference in the outcome.

I totally agree!! Should always be 100%. But at least 95%+. No excuse...

I really wouldn't be surprised if there was nothing to announce though.
