Every other regional is hoping we vote no. They will have a chance to get these flying contracts then. We need to stop acting like we all have MBAs and a crystal ball. The company has a plan and is looking to execute it. That's why they offered a new deal a year early.

We won't be getting most of the flying if we vote no. It won't happen. Stop complaining about everything and vote yes. Who cares if it's 5 years. Hopefully most of us won't be here then! But if we are, at least we'll have secure flying in case anything happens.

So your crystal ball is sure we won't get more flying if we vote no?

My crystal ball of management, CP, ACP and a LCA (who happens to be a very good friend). Don't play games with your career over 2%. It's not worth it. We need to stop this pilot mentality of complaining about anything and everything. I never saw anything like this in my past career.

Then why are our mechanics voting in 5% raises and getting them? Why isn't their augmented compensation retarding growth? Give me a break, dude. Do you have any idea how much money Inc. makes per year? They can sure as heck pay us more if they wanted. No, I don't have an MBA to grasp that. We won't be losing flying if we vote no.

I realize I'm new here but after seeing the staffing issues I question why anyone would want to pick up more flying? We are barely staffing the flying as it is. QOL will not improve if we add more flying or am I missing something.
