Voting NO as well.

Embarrassed for SAPA and anyone voting yes to this.

The only other option other than "no" I would vote for is if there was a "hell no" option.

They do, they just don't work at the regional level.

What sort of annual increases does the competition currently get. 1% is too low IMO as well.

I'm dummer after reading that. Allegiant matches my contribution 200% up to the first 5% of my pay. For those of you who suck at reading and comprehension, that means if I put in $100, they put in $200. And they will do this match up to 5% of my pay. Most of our pilots max out every year.

Ah, the old "but we're just regional pilots" excuse. You are a pilot at the worlds largest, most profitable regional airline. SKYW stock is up 71% from this time last year! 71 PERCENT!!! That's unheard of at ANY airline, INCLUDING allegiant, (the most profitable airline last year). The Atkins family and their downwinder brethren, who own the majority of the stock, are making a KILLING off your backs and laughing about it at the country club! Yet you impotent, drooling kool aid drinkers think you should just shut up and take what you're given because your benevolent masters decided to throw you more scraps than you got last time. It's almost like a religion out there teaches people not to question authority, keep quietly working hard, and be happy with what they are given...

You are worth it. Stop selling yourselves short and get what you're worth. Be a leader for once instead of a follower. Maybe the rest of the industry will even begin to respect SkyWest pilots and start hiring them.
