Today there are 23 CRJ’s flowing through ATL. Its a mix but 80% 200’s.. hard to say how many planes based there... but pilot wise but they show 115 captains needed there..

At the moment, it’s all
CRJ200 in ATL. The 700 comes in there from Moline and Aspen, but not flown by ATL crews. As the base matures, we will probably see more 7/900 flying, like when they grew DTW.

Thanks that is what I thought. I guess the 200 would be the best for me starting out living in Central Florida. Should be a easy jump from GNV or MCO. I also have family in ATL.

At SkyWest, you’ll eventually get checked out on the CRJ200, 700, and 900 (unless you are in a domicile that doesn’t fly them all). If and when ATL sees some real 7/900 flying, you’ll be able to fly those as well. SkyWest operated a direct GNV-ATL flight so you’ll have priority on that specific flight.

I didn't know that about being able to get to fly any of them. That sounds great.

Just looking at today, there are 7 flights. 3 operated by Endeavor. 3 by SkyWest, and one by mainline.
