gojet thread ? for the Mods
Did you ever think that if you just stopped locking the G7 threads that maybe 75% of the IBTL threads would disappear? You moderators are the cause of most of the BS on the G7 threads due to your censorship. It is really starting to appear that the forum owners and you moderators are biased towards G7.

I was a little sad I couldnt even post a follow up on my own thread. I thank those who tried to answer my question and someone called me a "troll"?

Not the mods fault. We have had long-running G7 threads here in the past where the discussion remained civil. Threads will remain open if the TOS is not violated.
I'm not biased toward or against G7. Neither are any of the other mods/admins. I have many friends and fellow furloughees there.

Although you want to believe most people don't care about G7, the fact is all of the recent G7 threads get shutdown because most people on here do care about G7. Maybe you should take the response from APC posters as a hint.
It is not your right to be able to have G7 thread open for more than a few days. If you want that, start your own forum so that you can keep G7 threads open all you want, but I have a feeling you will also get lots of negative feedback also.
I say just relax, have fun flying your CRJ and just focus on your job and trying to forget the history of G7 to make yourself feel better. The rest of us have already made up our minds about G7 and you are not going to change it.
And... In before the lock!

To distill the forum rules down to the simplest form - "attack the argument, not the person". This is not to suggest that people are infallible, far from it, but for an anonymous internet forum that policy serves the community well. When a thread, any thread, degrades to a grade school level volley of insults, it's a prime candidate for removal. Obviously with GoJet threads there seems to be a trend.
It's up to this community, not the moderators, to ensure threads stay open by self policing and observing the forum rules. I think there are some very very important labor lessons that can and should be told regarding the formation of GoJet airlines. Again, it's up to the community to determine if those lessons are available on this forum by self policing and attacking the argument and not the person. Forum moderators are not referees in parochial disputes, when an argument gets personal threads are closed/removed. It really is as simple as that.
