From the Wall Street Journal, 12/15/15 : "Egyptian investigators say they haven't found evidence of terrorism after examining the wreckage of a Russian plane in the Sinai Peninsula, contradicting forensic evidence from the U.S. And U.K. that a bomb likely downed the plane."

And the IRS has found no evidence the Obama administration specifically targeted conservatives.

Rule #1 from the "Seekers Guide": When finding a particular thing would not be to your advantage, you must find something else.

Well there is an EASA Airworthiness Directive (revised and superseded about five times) that addresses a nose-down command by the flight control system that cannot be overcome with the side stick controller until various systems are disabled. The latest revision was in October of this year. I think a preliminary indication could made by a metallurgist looking at the fracture surfaces in the tail and Airbus evaluating the flight data recorder information.

Any credible Bedouins out in that desert see any streaks in the sky?

From the NTSB Chairman's Status Report 11/15/96:

"Ron Schleede will write a letter for Bernie Loeb's signature to Ron Morgan for a full explanation of the FAA handling of ATC and radar tapes concerning TWA flight 800. The letter will reference the technician who did the analysis resulting in conflicting radar tracks that indicated a missile. It will also inquire why that information was reported to the White House and sent to the FAA Technical Center before the Safety Board was given access to the data."

Those wild and crazy FAA controllers at Islip, going off-half cocked, notifying the WH Situation Room.
