CBS News said 100mph - so around 85 kts, (if report accurate).

Seems reasonable, since they stopped at what appears roughly mid-field, or maybe even less than that.

My guess (usually wrong!) uncontained turbine failure which punctured the wing fuel tank resulting in fire. It looks a lot like the 737-800 that burned up in China a few years ago.
