Found the flight I was referring to, probably most of you have heard of this one. Kid sitting at the controls, switched off the auto, causes G forces delaying pilots getting back to station, and crash ensues.

Horrible judgment, hope these Air India guys don't fly again. How could you be comfortable enough to sleep while relinquishing controls?

This sort of safety culture (or total lack thereof) is one more reason that cabotage isn't coming anytime soon.

Turkish Airlines pilots had the fist fight.

One of my favourites was the sleepy F/O on a Transavia flight back in February:

Oh, my! I hadn't heard about that one. However looks like the Captain and FO were on the same side and it was between them and the crew.
