Default BA pax safety training

An ABC News report on an incident on ANA where a co-pilot supposedly hit a wrong button and sent the airplane into a plunge? maybe we'll hear more details from someone in the know who can give a better explanation that the standard reporting.

Also - BA offering airline safety training to passengers on how to better survive a mishap with focus on evacuation from the aircraft. Having recently done the smoke filled cabin evac myself - I can tell you that this is good training, though at least here in the states I would look into the trainng offered free of charge by the FAA prior to spending cash or airline points elsewhere.

Bulletin News - Video Clip
