2 Injured In Ormond Beach Plane Crash - Orlando News Story - WKMG Orlando

anyone have any more details, I know there are a few schools in Ormond Beach. Glad to hear non life threatening injuries. JSFBoat check in please

For what it's worth, he posted at 0730 this morning. If that was 0730 local for me (because I think it shows my time) then that would have been 1030 East Coast which is an hour before the incident.

Initial news is saying it was PA-28 and from Euro America.

Im glad they are semi-ok. Its a shame to see this happen, just law of probability i guess. That many flights per day out of the flight schools at DAB, OMN, EVB, DEL, X47(not the ID for Flagler anymore)... its just bound to happen... i am just glad that when it does happen, it turns out like this one. Had a buddy run a plane out of gas and kill himself and his student out of DAB once.

The airplane involved was from the flight school next door. Despite the injuries, I'm glad everyone is okay. The instructors at that school are friendly and helpful, and seems the airplanes are taken care of.

It was a Euro-American PA-28.
