If that's a reference to Asiana 214 at KSFO, of the three dead, one was run over by a responding rescue vehicle. Initial determination was that the victim had been alive, but was later determined dead when struck by the vehicle. That victim was one of two ejected when not wearing seatbelts. The third victim was wearing a seatbelt, but killed when the L4 door separated and struck the victim.

They do transmit on both at all the airports I flew into, never flew into RJTT, but you don’t hear the response. That is a small hole in the Swiss cheese.

A percentage of the exits, unknown to the test group, are blocked or inoperative. There has to be a representative age groups, not all heathy atheletes.

Didn't know they blocked exits. But everybody in the tests know their life is not in danger, and presumably none of them take luggage... for realism, they should require 30% to take their "carry-on" size luggage down the slide with them, after wrestling it out of the bin it's jammed into.

Then light a fire under the airplane, require 90% of the test subject to wear something highly flammable, with open toed shoes, or take the shoes off prior to evacuating, and for good measure, liberally spread sharp fuel-soaked metal everywhere during the exit, and twist the fuselage or break it open, smoke it up, and shake the living hell out of the test subjects before they start the timer.

Current life, but only for purposes of obtaining information the hard way.
It's always entertaining to squeeze into an economy seat and see how many people are completely unprepared for an unsuccessful takeoff. Certification standards do nothing to recognize that fact.

Runway incursions OTH, regulators might still have some work to do there.
