And while TSA is at it maybe they should take another look at the German Wings crash. Cockpit access of any sort is a risk. I fact if pilots are prevented from accessing the cockpit you’d reduce accidents and incidents by 100%!

The FAA has shown a lot of interest in mental health. Any hint of a mental health issue, and pilots basically never fly again, so they hide it. Maybe now the FAA will reevaluate their outdated stance, and offer pilots treatment and grace instead. Similar to how HIMS reduced substance abuse issues.

When pilots cant commute to base and flights start to cancel, thats when they care. Every airline has a commuter clause and if pilots were required cabin only, those clauses would be in full effect and being used more than ever. Mayor Pete would not like those cancelation numbers.
