3 crewmembers, flight diverted to Panama while enroute from MIA to Santiago Chile. The pilot passed away after receiving medical treatment in Panama.

I read a different report saying he became incapacitated just 40 minutes after takeoff, when the FO made a PA asking for any medical personnel on board. Strange they went all the way to Panama.
