Republic Airways Stock

I see RJETQ just had a run from 20 cents to almost 1 dollar. When do you guys think Republic will exit chapter 11? I am assuming this stock will rise much further as Chapter 11 exit nears.. Any thoughts? I'm personally investing in this stock hoping it will be like the American Airlines stock when they were in chapter 11..

I made a lot of money on Soda Stream back in the day, it followed a set pattern of high's and lows. Day traded it and doubled my Roth Ira. Today? Not so easy...

You're INVESTING in a bankrupt company? I know what happened with American, but rah is not American. You're extremely likely to lose every penny when the stock is reissued. People trade a bankrupt stock, but they don't invest.

The stock will be reissued and thus worthless, once they exit BK. In the mean time before the exit occures you can treat RAH current shares like one of the penny slot machine @ KLAS terminals. Ya could hit big. But like most kids born today, you might be so into it that you fail to pull out on time. 😉

You can play the stock, but it should be with money you're willing to lose due to the volatility. Play it and take your profit without being greedy. I'm happy with my 40% profit.
