The contract is not open to interpretation. You get 2 hours from initial contact to report. No ifs, ands, or buts. I've been on reserve here since February. Never had them try to mess with the above rule.

Pretty much everything in our CBA is open to "interpretation" depending on what particular catastrophe is currently in progress. Pilot "A" may gently remind scheduling of the CBA language and get an apology and the allotted time to show. Pilot "B" may do the same thing yet be threatened with disciplinary action if they refuse to capitulate. The IBT says "fly it and grieve it, ain't nothing we can do". It's kinda like dealing with a bipolar uncle, but ya get used to it. Most folks just roll with it. Ya don't want to rock the boat too much at what should hopefully be a short stop on your way to a major.

The FAQs are pretty explicit on this. I would throw that in their face as well.
