Primeclerk.com. In the docket section dealing with the first petition for DIP financing from delta. Don't have a link for the endeavor part of my comment, but it has been discussed here.

Ya that is not what they said to the court. That 75 mill will be spent the way they want it. Why do you think they were looking for financing elsewhere and everyone had objections to the loan?

They had other options for the financing. Why do you think almost all objections were dropped?

What did you do?

You and many others went to work for BB while the pilots that already worked for him were telling everyone not to come there because they had been trying to get a fair contract for 7 years, with no leverage as long as BB could keep getting new meat in the seats.

This has been said by so many pilots from so many regionals after gaining work from others who and had families that were affected. Like you said, "flying moves around" and some places want flying back after losing it years ago.

History, it's a funny thing. You can't ignore it. The reason why we are at, where we are at, is in part because of what RAH did to XJT, as well as others regionals affecting other established regoinals (ACA, Comair, Eagle, Horizon, etc. all being attacked in the race to go cheaper).

To get upset that similar circumstances are now happening at RAH is just pure comedy.

The reason why it is happening is because RAH was in large part, responsible for setting this all in motion. Wake up.

No excuse. Good people lost their livelihoods and lives during XJT furlough. Some of them would not have been doing what they were doing when they died had it not been for the furlough (at least one died during a construction accident that he would not have been doing otherwise). Divorces led on by the financial struggles and I believe at least one suicide as well.

So when you complain about others "stealing" "your flying", put all of this in context when you wonder why some of them may not be feeling the sympathy for you, that you think you deserve.

Where did I complain about others "stealing" "our flying"? I said I was not around then, and that I have not been part of these vultures try to capitalize on a company going through a difficult time. You seem to be taking that quite personally. I have said it before and I suppose I will again. Flying moves around. None of it is owned at the regional level. A little compassion goes a long way. I cannot and will not answer for those that paraded for flying lost at XJT. I think that is just as wrong.

You know what I love about the Internet? How it has made us such a compassionate, soft-spoken society.

The regionals in question were very much established with that flying at their respective majors. XJT was part of Continental, just as Eagle was and still is part of AA. Horizon marketed it's own name for Alaska. Then Skywest came in to do it cheaper.

You went to an airline, and helped staff it, that came in and replaced those pilots for cheaper. That is why it is happening at RAH now. That is why it is hard to feel sorry for you when you complain about what is happening.
