Very interesting..... http://news.yahoo.com/delta-air-line...--finance.html

Im curious, how do you gather that is happening based on this article? It doesn't seem to say much of anything really, at least to me. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks

Sounds like a DIP agreement like they did with Pinnacle in BK. I just don't see how the United and American flying will be affected? I'm sure we will hear a lot more details in the next few weeks.

SkyWest takes the United flying and Envoy gets the AA??

Republic becomes Endeavor: Part 2, or even they merge and are one giant Delta WO.... Gotta love speculation

Or they can just buy the Shuttle America portion, which will only have Delta flying on it once all the United flying has finished transferring to the Republic certificate.

RAH then continues on flying only for United and American. This would also fulfill Bedford's goal of having just a single operating certificate.

Shuttle America pilots and Republic pilots are all on the same seniority list. Splitting us all up like that would be a nightmare. Not saying it's impossible, but it would be a major headache,

Maybe it's preventative, keeps AAG's hands out of it.

Default Cancel United and American Contracts

If this is anything like what happened to pinnacle I would suspect delta will get court approval to have republic cancel all other carriers contracts. Perhaps only fly for Delta. Funny how this has happened before.
