Ah shucks. You're done with me. At least I command English better than you. Was that a question or a statement in bold there, madam?

Today it may simply be a loan. That's why it looks attractive. As with most things the devil is in the details. DIP typically has strings attached and they become THE senior creditor. Delta is shrewd and $75 million just to ensure a small segment of their regional lift seems like a steep price for them to pay. Today it's merely a loan tomorrow it can turn into something completely different.

What? Sell Endeavor? Why? To who? There would have to be a lot of backroom shenanigans for that to go down. People are reading too much into this I think, 75 million is nothing to Delta. Republic has more leverage than we think with all the feed they provide. No doubt Delta is negotiating a great deal for themselves but at this point there is no reason to think something crazy is going to happen.

Endeavor is getting sold to tsh. Announcement will come soon. The fleet will be divided up amongst GoJet and transstates. This will help even out staffing across the delta connection carriers. RJET is going to be the new wholly owned since they'll have a large pilot surplus once the American and United planes find a new home. You heard it hear first. Endeavor is on the way out.

What most likely happened here is that BB called daddy-D and said, "either you agree to all of these terms or we dump all of your flying and allocate our assets and crews to our other, more lucrative partners, UAL and AA". Delta has been raping regionals for decades and it seems like now republic has an upper hand through BK to renegotiate everything. Im sure Delta did the math, shopped out republic flying to other carriers-non of which can take the additional flying, and decided it was best to just bend over and take it. What goes around comes around Delta.
Heres what Delta gives republic:
Reduce that preposterous lawsuit amount seeking a billion in damages from Republic to only 170 million
Delta pays higher rates for flying going forward
Delta pays higher rates retroactively for flying done in the past
Delta gives financing credit of 75 Million.
Republic is NOT REQUIRED to end flying with other partners-UAL and AA like 9E was.
Why else would Delta agree to any of this if they weren't screwed without Republic???
UAL and AA, you're next-get your wallets out!!!
