Again, I will say it hear. Delta is not on the creditor board. I highly doubt they will be able to just come sweeping in buying out YX without UA or AA and all the others having a say in it.

Also just because they may be providing financing, does that mean YX will have to take it (all)?

Didn't see this coming. But I could see this maybe Merge republic and endeavor; drop united and aa, use extra pilots to take back compass birds and have most flying in house by the new big endeavor.

I see your point. I'll counter that if UA or AA throw money into YX like DL did, you could have a DIP ToW going three ways in the BK court. Enough with the acronyms now. I believe that UA/AA have more assets in the hands of daddy Dixie. I'm guessing BK NY will not let DA tighten the noose over YX yet. This can drag on for a hot minute.

What if this is Delta's down payment on the C-series? Could this be The "right price" for Delta C jets?

How many of republic's two-class E-jets belong to them?

Lol take back? They would've had to have been 9E's in the first place.

I have to agree.. This isn't a sale.. But an agreement with a customer loan to continue service... If republic can not complete obligations to delta, delta will have rights to damages and would be entitled to assets..

Don't forget Republic at one point loaned $100 M to Delta when the latter went Ch. 11. Didn't mean at the time that RAH had purchased DAL.
