You can also add ASA, Comair and a slew of others to the list.

A fence that kept pilots out of new hire slots would require significant scope relief on the part of the Delta pilots. That is absolutely NOT going to happen anytime soon.

IMO, at best they would get an Endeavor Style set up while being kept as a separate wholly owned regional.

We'll find a lot out tomorrow after the hearing. I'd imagine if the Delta motion is granted, you will see an announcement regarding Delta's C-series order shortly after.

Another interesting note from papers filed today was delta's commitment to more 170/175 aircraft at RAH (actual number redacted) and the more delta time slots at multiple airports (actual airports were also redacted).

Tomorrow could be an interesting day.

Isn't shuttle and Republic on a combined seniority list?

Still negotiating, and probably dragging their feet to see how this Delta deal pans out.

They don't need to. Their side of rjets OPS have been flying better completion than the delta side. But they have filed objections with the court for deltas motion to DIP terms.
