Republic Cannot Afford New Contract

As they always will. But I crossed paths in the halls/hotel with the check airmen, and the steel framing is nearly completed on a new training center twice the size of the existing one. So while I agree many things can change and that management doesn't always get it right, the factual statements (LCAs, training center, recruiting selectivity) in my previous post aren't hearsay. I saw them happening.
Is your statement trying to say that they will be doubling in size? Because as things stand right now the E75 coming in are less than the Q400 leaving and if the E45 leave then RAH will be 25% less than their size today.

Doesn't RAH outsource training to Flight Safety? Could it be that they are bringing some if not all training in house and thus needing to expand?

It amazes me that everyday pilots discuss irrelevant topics, like somehow their little airline is even going to be in business in 5 years.
