I saw them happening.
Doesn't RAH outsource training to Flight Safety? Could it be that they are bringing some if not all training in house and thus needing to expand?

Is your statement trying to say that they will be doubling in size? Because as things stand right now the E75 coming in are less than the Q400 leaving and if the E45 leave then RAH will be 25% less than their size today.

Shrinkage at all contract carriers is inevitable, RAH is no different. They just happen to be first. SkyWest is next. Contract airlines fate is certain, there simply is not enough pilots in the pipeline to fill the vacuum left by major airline retirements.

It amazes me that everyday pilots discuss irrelevant topics, like somehow their little airline is even going to be in business in 5 years.

That wasn't a discussion, that was pure mockery plain and simple.

Default Seniority List

Does anyone have a copy of the republic seniority list? I'd like to see the DOH for the FO's. Thanks!

800 new FO's in the last three years. That in and of itself is amazing.

when you consider the net gain its not amazing at all but you are right the number of new hires alone is amazing. Pretty shocking that 800+ willingly sign up to work for a company like this
