Republic profitable
Hello everyone, I noticed that Republic is fourth on this list of airline profit margins. I read on this site that RAH has a very bad reputation. Is the company profitable because of how they treat employees? It is hard to believe that a regional airline has such a wide profit margin.

These ill-reputable companies have among the lowest overhead due to factors such as minimally-inscribed contract language. This is evident in their rather meager pay scales and work rules when compared to other operators of same category aircraft. Simply put, the eff their employees real good.

The Q has been a disaster. The 170s have always been highly profitable. Plus terrible fo pay and non existent work rules. O ya and when we cancel do to weather or our mainline partner cancels republic still gets paid! But the pilots don't.

Wow, if you're an FO there with less than 2 years seniority, due yourself a favor... get out of there. there are so many better airlines hiring with much better pay and rules. don't waste away at RAH.
