I have flown for both companies for long enough to know.
Everything can always change, but I am much, much happier here than I was at Endeavor, even with a tougher commute. The roughly 10-15 Endeavor pilots I know here all seem to agree that this was a good move.

Sorry it's just true--lots of people come here solely for the possibility of a west coast base. The combination of growth (that isn't happening at Skywest/Eagle) and having West Coast bases//no 50 seaters to cut--all that adds up to full new hire classes.

That really blows and that would be a discounting figure for me if I were job searching. Although expensive, the plan is really second to none. This is just a further step in America's downward spiral by not offering this plan to new hires. I would not consider this place for employment.

I hope you're right; I would love nothing more than to see the demise of those thieves at the ibt357; btw, do we get our assessment back from the "war chest" when they fold or will that be footing the bill for more vacations?
How are""negotiations" going anyhow? I'm sure our new NC is very very busy![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.airlinepilotforums.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)

Bedford very well could be leaving. His recent letter to employees touting the "virtue of obedience" read like the ramblings of a self-important megalomaniac in the late stages of his reign lashing out at what he sees as his mutinous minions.
However, I don't see RAH surviving without a change in leadership. Bedford and Heller, et al, have done irrepairable damage to the relationship with their most important labor groups.
The company's constant focus on union busting and erosion of QoL and pay has fostered a toxic environment of deep mistrust that will make signing a contract with it's pilots impossible until current leadership is replaced.
Bedford leaving would be a very good thing.

Your type of seemingly superfluous, unfair, and ignorant derision toward our union representation is becoming tiring. Your little mini-rant is the exact same thing that I hear from those that I work with who are angry just to be angry and the negative points you cite resonate only with the impaired.
You're making yourself look like, well, a loon.

I realize that you're being facetious, but anyone on 7+ year captain pay that can't afford a new pair of shoes for "johnnie" because they are actually required to pay for their union representation (perish the thought) has problems beyond those outlined in your post.

Just because you don't parallel my views, don't slander me; because that is EXACTLY your futile attempt.
