Yes, there certainly are markets for 50 seaters. But are there GATES for 50 seaters?

If you had gates at JFK, ORD, DFW, ATL, CLT, DCA, etc,......would you rather use that gate for a 50 seater going to Peoria or a 76 seater going to Pittsburgh?

No where in bedfords letter did he say "80 more" planes are being parked. His last one he actually said he intends to grow the ejet business. We have 40ish 145s left and 5 190s. He'll retire those as 170s come on line. The 80 number being thrown around includes the many jets already parked.

Since then, Bombardier has had to postpone the debut of the model it sees as a mainstay of future revenue, and RJET has dropped plans to compete with major airlines by flying full-size jetliners such as the CSeries.

Just thought i'd mention that...since I haven't seen anything about it?
