I wouldnt fly the Q400 without cancellation pay (especially in the northeast!) Thats why I turned down republic back when they took our flying from 9L.

Thank you for your views my friend, but ur right the world does treat and pay e170 typed pilots the pay they should deserve and the treatment they deserve, I know its sad but that isthe truth, so why not go there, where you are respected well for your job.

republic pilots aren't hired nearly as often as other regionals. could be the moral of this place, could be the pilots keep getting arrested, could be the ceo went around asking majors not to hire republic pilots. no idea why. but i do know that no one cares about if you fly a 175 or a crj 200
