I fly with your type all of the time...someone incapable of an original, reasoned, critical thought that therefore attempts to appear engaged and informed by blaming the nameless, faceless union. These types can't provide suggestions and completely fail to understand the process while thinking that the "gutless" union has a some sort of a magic wand that can somehow make this all go away, but just won't do it because of the completely laughable notion that they want to continue collecting your $15/month.
When pressed for details, these types back off and change the subject or lash out with an emotional retort in an attempt to mask their fear of being exposed as an intellectual fraud.
Anyone of reasonable intelligence should understand that the company's notion that the negotiating committee (not the ADL's team) was being "unreasonable" was completely discredited when 85% of the pilot group voted against a TA that the company believed to be reasonable.
We are not in a post-TA no vote period because of anyone at the union, we are here because your peers overwhelmingly voted to be here.
Your grasp of the facts and awareness of the current situation are severely lacking, and therein lies your credibility problem regarding the state of the union.

If so, thank you! The comedy was terrific and this "kid" hasn't laughed that hard since I turned 40 a while back!
If not, I have to say, you're pretty bad at this. Not unlike your ability to assign blame when the company screws you out of pay.
I recommend prozac and/or lithium. If you'd like to keep it off the books, start with a little St John's Wort...it takes about a month and a half to kick in but it'll cool your deep limbic system, make you less angry and insufferable, and perhaps reduce your need to seek out targets on which to focus your of highly unoriginal and intellectually bankrupt ire.
