Forgive me, when is the vote on the TA? I tried searching this thread, news releases, here; Teamsters Local 357. I must be missing the date from right in front of my face. I believe Enovy's vote is on or about the 28th of this month.... Anyways, thank you for your time.

it was originally the 28th, but they backed it up a week due to balloting issues.

For all of our FOs wondering why you get paid so little and why RAH refuses to compensate you fairly, don't worry because today Teamsters has addressed at least one angle of your plight.
From a Teamsters/ALD "fact sheet" regarding RAH's proposed TA, our representatives were kind enough to address the "myth" that dispatchers are paid more than FOs....
"Dispatchers are highly trained professionals, have joint responsibility with Captains for dispatch and help keep us safe and legal. Comparing them to our FOs is not appropriate, since their job and responsibilities differ. Also, they have no ability to "upgrade"."
So I suppose both RAH FOs and other regional FOs alike differ from the discrepancy in pay between say between Jetblue or Spirit FOs and their dispatchers? I suppose also that should a flight crew break an FAR and is violated, only the Captain gets violated, correct? Should the Captain become incapacitated, I'll be sure to let the passengers know that the operational safety of the flight is now in the hands of our highly trained professional dispatcher. How are those highly trained dispatchers doing on those PCs and line checks anyway?
If you needed a reminder of how worthless and irrelevant RAH and other regionals view pilots, here is your go get 'em pat on the backside right here. And this email was sent out to garner more "yes" votes? yeehaww

Every time I read these ALD updates, I want to start scouting clock towers in their immediate locale.

I was an FO for five years before moving on to greener pastures. I too had no ability to upgrade (thanks age 65). My pay did not adjust and as a matter of fact, it went down as I topped out on the pay scale. I also don't think that dispatchers face the same furlough threat that FO's face.

Don't get me wrong, that would be a beautiful thing if it happened. But I can see it now. Get all the pilots to "say" they'll quit, then on said day, a fraction of those pilots would actually quit and the rest would look to management and say, "See? I'm loyal to the company. I didn't quit. Where's my upgrade now that we've trimmed the fat?" (with their hand held out - palm up). This idea looks great on paper but would never come to fruition. It's a shame, really.
