Here's a thought.. Would if every pilot at Xjet/Rah/Eagle all quit on the same day making the biggest statement of all? In all seriousness think about it.

What you describe is basically a S.O.S., and it won't work for a multitude of reasons.

But yeah, if you think about it, it definitely would change the game..

Too many people drinking the Kool-Aid for that to happen. If pilots can't get rid of a crappy union they have, what makes you think they will just quit?

Wow. This guy is absolutely cheer leading management's position and this TA. He tries to make inroads with the reader, so as to appear not quite so pro-management. However, any idiot can see through his façade. Reading his puff piece honestly made me angry. How crass he is in referring to the current state of regional pilot life. We, the airline employees, are all adults. We realize any business needs to make money to survive. But his article is just an insult to our collective intelligence, and a textbook example of promoting Stockholm syndrome.

The comments to his article were excellent rebuttals to his propaganda. Kudos to those who wrote those comments. RAH pilots, you deserve better than this TA, and management is afraid you are about to show them what a pilot is worth!
