...and his ego wouldn't have been able to take the hit from seeing what a f-ed up operation he heads.

Cute, but not hardly. "Best for the profession?" After what you guys have allowed CM to do for the past few years, don't even go there.
Whats best right now is for everyone to pipe down on the rhetoric, get the full proposal, go to the roadshows, ask honest questions and make decisions based on common sense, not what so called experts who have already decided to vote "no" are telling everyone.
It wasn't that long ago that some of these same people were happily dropping a load in your messkit and trashing you. Now they're only too happy to tell you to do a Nancy Reagan and just say no.
Problem is they don't know the deal, but are happy to tell you what to think. Anyone who votes without knowing all the options and ramifications is hardly doing anything that is "best for the profession."
Vote with your brains, not your emotions.

What TA language forces the company to have Long call reserve lines?
-What TA language limits the amount of airport standby reserve?
- Are duty and trip rigs of 1:2.5 and 1:4.2 in line with our peers? Can you list any regional's with better rigs?
-Why is premium pay based on block hours and not credit hours? Is it easy to block 87 hrs? What if I have training or vacation
in my line? The premium pay rate is 125%. What is the premium pay rate at SkyWest? Isn't it more like 150% or 200%?
- Is it true pay rates have not increased in 7 years? What is inflation? Has the cost of living gone up?
- Is it true a company increase in healthcare premiums could wipe out any gains in this TA? Why is there no cap on premiums?
Don't the flight attendants have a cap? Is it because that section is not open for negotiations?
- There is a co basing LOA in the TA. Why is there a LOA in this closed section and not one for health care premium caps?
Is it true that Co basing language has to be worked out between the company and the union? Does RAH work well with the union? How come so many grievances are filed at RAH every year?
- What were the amount of bonuses paid out to RAH management?
- Is it true BB had said that the Jet Blue CEO is one of his peers in terms of compensation? Are the JetBlue pilots considered our peers?
Since I have to work, could you ask these questions? I will be patiently waiting for the answers! Thank you and God Bless!

- What is the benefit for the pilot group to allow CAs to bid FO lines therefore ruining seniority for half the list? Are CAs really that superior they deserve better treatment?
- Why does the EFB LOA say that if a set of charts is required upon final approval of the iPads the FOs must carry them? Are FOs pack mules? Are CAs really that superior they deserve better treatment?
- Why is the FO pay scale lower than the company's Last Best and Final Offer (LBFO) from 2013 while the CA pay scale is higher than the LBFO? Are CAs really that superior they deserve better treatment?
- Why is this TA not bringing us to industry STANDARD as far as vacancy language? Why are senior FOs still not allowed to bid across certificates? Shouldn't FOs have the right to bid the airplane/base they want?
- Why did so many Shuttle America managers quit on the same day? Why does the union negotiating team of GC, MM, EG, and DS have such an interesting in this passing? Could it be they will become managers like the slate PG?
