A yes vote only prolongs your sentence at RAH. Makes the regionals too expensive to operate and the majors will begin to take this flying back. Let the bottom feeders sign their crappy contracts, when they can't staff it'll send a message to everyone. As professionals we'll probably never have this type of leverage ever again to get a fair contract. FUPM

That was the first thing that caught my eye. Those rigs are completely worthless...
I agree. I didn't spend too much time reading it, but it mentioned "industry leading" first year pay? I didn't see a number. Based on contractual pay raises, for someone hired at Horizon TODAY, this would be the scale:
29.67
40.78
42.61
44.48
46.41
47.67
48.92
50.17
These rates were negotiated in 2012. There's no reason any current contract should be lower than a contract negotiated in 2012.

The SAP if done correctly will be a great QOL improvement. Language on that will be the key....
I bet they'll get their 50.1% to vote yes.....
I do find it funny they compare CA rates to AA.. B6 pays better and AA in 2018 @ 12 years will be $159 an hour. Year 2 E190 will be over $140.....

A good question is
Who put together the TA?
Who divided the total pay the company is willing to pay for a crew? Was it the company or is it the negotiation group representing the pilots?
