This is also a cherry-picking of the "better" aspects of it. So far it seems that a number of the "improvements" ring hollow and would have minimal real impact. Also noting only "top-ends" of pay scales (and comparing them, for example, to US Airways with a 12 year scale, vs 20 year CA scale at RAH and Airways year two at $113...) omits the fact that they apply to almost no one, and the bulk of the pilot group will be far removed from them.
We'll get to see more when the whole thing is posted, but given the 7 years it's taken to get here... 7 years of lowered costs for the company on the backs of its employees due to mgmt aggressively dragging their feet like they were going for a new world record, this sounds like one step forward and two or five steps back.

I personally wanted something I could vote yes on. Improvements are needed badly at this company. However this ta is a downright insult. They want to pimp it as industry leading without leading the industry in anything. Why should I vote yes to something less than my peers have after concessions?

They are not getting that .1% from and I am hired after 2011... It's also my third airline 10 years in this industry and I'm not falling for that. No Vote for me!

How is this industry leading? Industry leading needs to be an improvement on ALL items. Not just a couple here and there.
This TA brings RAH up to average if not slightly above in a couple of small areas.

The SAP if done correctly will be a great QOL improvement. Language on that will be the key....
I bet they'll get their 50.1% to vote yes.....
I do find it funny they compare CA rates to AA.. B6 pays better and AA in 2018 @ 12 years will be $159 an hour. Year 2 E190 will be over $140.....
