Have not seen it but will guess first year FO in upper 20's and second year mid 30's? Sad if that's the case...unless the rest is awesome.

Those trip and duty rigs are worthless, and your signing bonus is well below what you guys deserve. Sounds like RAH is trying to get 50.1% from the FOs hired since 2011, and the senior CAs.

Highest new hire rate... That may be a deciding factor for many new candidates interested in getting into the 121 regional scene.
