They do not. Per their website:

Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Current Airline Transport Pilot License.
Valid passport/documents with the ability to travel in and out of the USA and all cities/countries served by Spirit Airlines now and in the future.

A good friend of mine really enjoys flying his RV12. Not all that worthless to some.

Spirit is currently hiring regional FOs with no PIC. Many Eagle FOs have been hired, of that I'm sure.

It could but it wouldn't make much sense. All 3 legacies will be hiring next year so the pool will be shallower than this year was. You could be right though, only time will tell.

I'm going to have to plead ignorance on this one, but I can't find anywhere where it says SkyWest multi mins are now 50. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Look on airline apps. If you compare your quals with SkyWest is only requires 50 now. I'm guessing this has something to do with not being able to fill the last couple classes.

My biweekly paycheck on the 1st of November was $681. Need I say more?

They are asking for 121 or part 135 PIC. If you have 135 PIC you can get hired.
